Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone since you got the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in the original packaging and we require a printed receipt that includes your order ID (Order # 111111).
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the interest of hygiene and our community, the following items can not be returned:
- Customized Products
- Underwear/lingerie, and swimwear unless the product is clearly unopened.
- Hats and hair accessories unless unworn and the tags still in place.
- Earrings and body jewelry - we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings or body jewelry.
- Quilts, duvets, pillows, and bedding unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
- Cosmetics, toiletries, feminine hygiene products, and towels.
- Food and Beverages, unless they are unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
Please contact us before returning the product in order to get a return address.
You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be offered store credit only.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, note that sale products cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email and we will be happy to help.
